Are you worried about developing dementia / Alzheimer's?

Being in poor health or living with a disabling health condition such as Alzheimers is not an inevitable consequence of ageing.

Research shows that only 1 in 100 cases are caused by genes. Much of the risk relates to nutrition and lifestyle factors that we can change. Given that Alzheimer’s is not a reversible condition, the best hope is prevention by encouraging positive diet and lifestyle changes that can impact cognitive function.

Join GP and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor Kate Staveley and Clinical Nutritionist Helen Ritchie for this interactive session to learn what you can do to prevent dementia. They will cover practical tips to enable you to create your own personal action plan that includes nutrition, exercise, sleep and more.

They will also be talking about what screening options are currently available.

The earlier you start, the lower your risk.
