This is the sequel to 2018’s crowd-pleasing origin-story Venom and kicks off with journalist Brock attempting to reignite his career by interviewing deranged serial killer Cletus Kasady. Although under lock and key, Kasady escapes prison after a failed execution and his unhealthy interest in Brock results in absolute carnage in more ways than one.
