Join Clinical Nutritionist Helen Ritchie and Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher Ali Moloney to learn how to manage stress.
We'll both be providing lots of useful information and some simple yet powerful strategies for managing your stress levels through nutrition, mindfulness techniques, sleep, exercise and lifestyle advice.
Ali specialises in and runs courses in "Mindfulness to Manage Stress and Build Resilience". She teaches in a private mental health clinic, and runs workshops and courses with corporate clients and individuals.
Helen will advise on how you can help manage stress through good nutrition, sleep and the right kind of exercise.
Ali will explain how mindfulness techniques, breath work and meditation are recognised and used by top neuroscientists and psychologists in leading mental health clinics to help with anxiety, sleep problems, and a range of other mental health disorders. There will be take home techniques as we practice some simple skills to help with awareness and promote calm, ease and balance.
