Join local Clinical Nutritionist Helen Ritchie and Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher Ali Moloney for an informal workshop to learn how to get a good night’s sleep.

We’ll be talking about how good nutrition and lifestyle practices, including mindfulness, breath work and meditation, which you'll experience during the session, can help you improve both the quality and quantity of your sleep.
