We endlessly dwell on the past or fret about what may or may not happen in the future, leaving our mind open to mental pain. To find a sense of balance and happiness, we need to step out of this cycle and learn to live in the stillness of the moment.

This event is taught by Gen Kelsang Nyingpo, the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. Gen Nyingpo has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years and taught for many years internationally.
