During this course you will learn and gain experience of special breathing meditation practices that help disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of peace.
When the mind is peaceful, we naturally feel happy, contented and relaxed – and this has a positive influence on everything that we think, say and do.
This event consists of 2 x 1 hour sessions with a 30-minute break between them.
