Gen Chodor is an English Buddhist monk and has been ordained since 2001. He has taught extensively in the UK and US.
During the course, Gen Chodor will present two sessions of guided meditations and an inspiring talk.
He is currently the main teacher at KMC London.
This course consists of two sessions of 60 minutes with a break (10.30-11.30 / 12-1pm).
