Meditation is much more than breathing meditation.

In this four-week course you will discover a powerful sequence of guided meditations that will help you develop beautiful thoughts and intentions that will enable you to change negative habits of mind.

Challenge yourself and increase the depth and experience of your meditation practice.

You will be given:

4 weeks to deepen your meditation practice.

4 new meditations to transform negative habits.

4 new perspectives to make your life better.

 

Book in advance for the discounted price of £24 for four weeks / or drop-in to any session for £9 per session.
