With the media focus on menopause, you’d be forgiven for thinking that it’s an unpleasant illness for which the only solution is hormone medication. It is however, a natural part of aging and what has been lacking is a wider discussion around what is really happening in your body and how your wider diet and lifestyle affects your experience of menopause.

This unique event aims to redress the balance and provide the education and enlightenment that will help you understand that menopause is a natural life stage that for many women around the world is a natural rite of passage into a new phase of life or ‘Second Spring’.
