Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.

Especially suitable for beginners you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.

During this course you will gain practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have har­­mony in your relationships.

Buddhist nun, Gen Nyingpo will teach this 3-week course: 

January 25 2023 – Beginning a meditation practice

February 1 2023 – Quieting the Mind

February 8 2023 – Training in Mindfulness and overcoming distractions

The course costs £18 or £9 per person per week.
