At this event Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo will explain practical methods to reduce our habit of overthinking and worry. We will learn how to discover peace of mind in daily life and learn effective meditations to enable us to switch off mentally.
This course will consist of two one-hour sessions of practical teachings and short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to live a peaceful life: 10.30-11.30am and 12-1pm.
